Refund policy

WARRANTY  

I offer a Three Month warranty on all production knives. Warranty period starts day of delivery. This will cover any kind of defect in material or craftsmanship, free of charge. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or modifications! Modification will immediately VOID the warranty. If you strip or damage, any screws or parts while disassembling the knife, those components will not be covered under warranty. You will be responsible for the cost of the replacements, if replacement parts are available. Abuse and misuse are determined at my discretion, upon receipt of the knife.

I DO NOT offer "SPA" treatments on production knives.

I do offer sharpening on production knives for $15 plus shipping.

 

RETURNS 

All sales are final unless approved by BergBlades it WILL NOT be granted until we have spoken and the knife is in my possession and has inspected by me. There will be a restocking fee.
